CharVic Enterprise
CharVic Enterprise, established January of 2008, is the partnership between local Author Charmaine J. Ramsey from Cuyahoga Falls and Victoria A. Selvaggio from Twinsburg. Their company formation came about when both authors decided to come together and to reach as many children as possible with a wider variety of literature. Their variety of literature include: Primary age level (K-3rd. grades) Fiction, Non-fiction, Intermediate (4-5th. grades), Fictional Fantasy. They also do assemblies for Middle School (6-7-8th grades) covering the "Writing Process". Charmaine J. Ramsey is an author of Inspiration, and has released her first Adult Inspirational Book entitled, "A Sister's Blessing, The Spirit Within", A Journey With Grace. The Author has a passion for poetry as well. They pride themselves on customizing presentations for local district schools, assemblies and or events, so they may better serve their customers!
CharVic Enterprise has taken the concept of Author Visits and School Presentations to a new level.
Accommodating
the needs of a School or a local event is our TOP PRIORITY. Therefore,
we design each Author’s Visit or School Presentation individually,
while incorporating and welcoming requests and suggestions.
As a TEAM,
we broaden the variety of literature – fiction, non-fiction, fantasy,
poetry, motivational, inspirational – that our audience and school
children experience through our presentations, while showing that
writing styles and preferences vary.
As a TEAM, we explain the writing process, while reflecting on our own journeys’ on the path to publishing our stories.
As a TEAM,
we discuss ideas and what is the basis for creating a great story. We
use many examples on how we use inspiration, reflections, imagination,
true-life events, and experiences in developing our own ideas and
stories.
As a TEAM, we read our stories, passages, poetry, rough drafts, while encouraging questions and discussion of our literature.
As a TEAM,
we provide crafts, hands-on writing workshops, and encourage the
opportunity for participation in speaking in front of an audience.
